Pros and Cons of S/C compared to Turbos
Pros and Cons of S/C compared to Turbos
I'm going to either do TT setup or a S/C setup. I've been researching alot and just wanted to see what everybody though. it is for a TPI car (to be superram). so if people do lists of turbos vs. S/C I'd like to hear peoples pros and cons on em. thanks

one they make a blower kit, and it is available, with head units that range from "works on a stock motor" to head units "that can turn a $10K blower built race motor into confetti" from more than two manufacturers. then there are turbo kits, oh there arent any? ooh that sucks. Their making one though you say? Gee, they have been "goanna make one" for years and years. You just talked to mister "so and so" at "turbos are us" and they are going to add a line of turbo kits to the mustang/truck/4th gen F-body kits they already sell? heard that one a few too many times some first hand from the manufacturers and some from people posting here. Still holding my breath. sorry for the rant but Im turning blue.
well I dont care bout if they have a kit I"m mainly interested in which ones will give me more power? and the whole heat issue that turbos put out, etc. thanks I should have been more clear on my first post

I think anyone that says one makes more power than the other is just looking to cause an arguement because it is not cut and dried. It would be easier to say there is no clear winner in theHP dept. This exact question you have here, to nearly the letter has been made probably half a dozen times this year (2002) on this board.
