I think a buddy of mine still has the proto type set of headers for twin turbo setup that CAS designed for a Buick V6 and he had the pictures posted on chitownracing com a while back.He had them up for sale, he goes by the name of turboarchie. If you are interested ,do a search and maybe able see the pics to get some more ideas.
Good luck

Prasad, thanks for the heads up! I remember seeing the photos of that setup a couple years back. They were hidden on CAS's old website somewhere when they were considering making it a conversion. I guess they let it go since but it looked pretty wicked!
Myhead is chalk full of ideas though!
Ive done PLENTY of research ro come up with creative ways to route the tubes to make em fit.

Hey do you think there will be any problems spooling up with two stock GN turbos with .63a/r exhaust housing and iron heads? I run a PT70 w/.81 a/r, GN1's and Art car9'' 3300-3500 stall. it is has no problems from a stop with building boost. if I get cought in roll 1-20mph it is slow to spool up. Correct me if I am wrong but having two .63 is like having one 1.26 a/r exhaust housing? or are guys going to a smaller exhaust housing?

I have wondered the same thing. It is my friend's car and he is the one paying the bills on it. He is going to stick with these turbos. Im sure there will be some lag but he has a slightly large stall converter at 3500rpmsm in a TH400 trans.
Down the road he is going to upgrade to something larger. When more funds allow. He wants to do a stage 2 block, better heads, etc, the whole 9 yards but for now these will work. He can get the power out of them. The car is mostly used for drag racing and local street cruising.

Hey Guido, where do you buy the primary tubing? I assume it is stainless prebent sections such as what is in a "header kit" like offered in Summit? What type of welding are you doing?
Looks awsome, I love to visit this board to check out the inginutity and creativity that you guys posess!

We buy u-bent tubes from www.burnsstainless.com and then cut and section what we need to make the turns.
Im using a small 120v wire welder to tack the header together. it does the job fine. Ive got a 220v TIG welder to finish them with.

Any estimate on how long it will take, or is that not really an issue?
