single turbo

hey guys,when you run a single turbo do you just run it off of one side of the engine or do you somehow have to use both sides?

Running it off of one side would create some unwanted side effects.

Acutally GM has an engine built like that.

It is a SAAB 3.0L (180 CUI) V6 released in 1997. It is still sold.
