I used the stock WG, it's pretty good until you get up there with the boost anything over 20 and I get some spikes. It spiked 20 28psi before the HG went. Most likely the cause. The HG on these motors is the weak link and the savior. If you stud the head the gasket won't blow and you'll be shoveling your crank off the track....

I use two Turbonetics deltgates, one for each turbo on my TA with regulator in side the car to control them + or - boost. I use one Racegate from Turbonetics on my GN with a regulator inside the car aslo for + or - boost control. and stock puck style wastegate setup on my Typhoon, I also have the regulator inside the vehicle to bleed air, only to increase boost.

right now I am limited to the stock style wastegate for my rx7 except I think I might bore it out and use a honda valve in there for the flapper door... not sure though.

but really curious as far as electronic boost control. which has fast responce time which would also help spool time by holding the wastegate closed all the way till I hit the right boost

grr.... too much to learn this time so I get it right
