Oil sitting on my valve covers??

Since my P1SC install I've noticed fresh oil building up ontop of both valve covers, the driver side more so. ATI says to put the PCV hose so that it empties down into the atmosphere and the same with the passenger side. Any ideas? This will be a VERY bad thing if the oil for some reason ignites.

sometimes a pcv system helps fight leaks. I have seen a car that if you unhooked the pcv and looked under it it would actually start leaking before your eyes. put the pcv back on and it was like a faucet turned off, it would just stop. the pcv keeping a little vac in the crank case can help alot. to do it with the blower installed can result in a smoke screen effect that could result in customer dissatisfaction for procharger. I am going to rig up a catch can with the pcv line running between the can and the pcv valve and the can to the vacuum source so any oil that gets by the baffle and PCV wont find its way into the engine under high boost when crank case presssure can get a little excessive. Of course there is the expensive option of a crancase vaccum pump but no thanks.

So are you saying having the PCV hose disconnected like ATI says to is causing the oil buildup? How do I combat that?

have used this system will use again, works as indicated under normal conditions. But, under boost (or anytime crank case pressure is excessive) it actually tries to flow back out the "filter can" inlet side and the PCV is locked to the intake side (they do it on thier own) and only oily smoke comes out of the filter instead of spilling oil on the valve cover (a totally different problem). If baffles worked as intended 100% none of this would be needed.
