i took it down the street with no tags and hit the switch but soon as i hit second gear it bogs down and blows black smoke it looks like a diesel then it floods until i release the switch so something isnt agreeing with something but eventually ill get it straight

Is it a wet or dry kit? If its a wet kit you may want to think about dropping the size of the fuel pill? Actually now that I think about it what were you trying to spray with right off the bat? If you had small giggle juice pill in it and a big fuel pill then that is probably why you were flooding your motor. You definatley dont want to make that a habit...you'll end up washing out your poor ol' rings/cylinder walls!

make sure bottle PSI is up. You are running a relay not just the moicroswitch right? the microswitch only install can do that when the heat builds up in the switch the connection goes high resistance and the selenoids or one of them closes. You are lucky that the thing is going super rich and not super lean.
