I believe I'm going to take the carb route. I don't have the time (or patience) to buy and learn everything neccesary to use the fuel injection. Any idea what my new Mini Ram, 58mm Edelbrock TB and Paxton supercarger are worth? Is there a classified section here? If somebody wants it all I can give them a deal. JImmy

Yes there is a classifieds section here. All stuff for sale should go in:

Dude stick with it. I think everyone on this site has been ready to push his car off a cliff at one time or another. We hung in there and are that much farther because of it.
I've got one more option. TCI has helped me for years in my racing operation and they want to talk to me about the FAST system. I'm suposed to talk to them tomorrow. I think it might be similar insome respects to the Holley Commander 950???? I'll know tomorrow. Jimmy
And I DO thank all of you guys on this website. Yall have been great and a lot of you guys REALLY know what you're doing. Between running my own business and racing on the weekends, I just don't want to devote the time neccesary to convert to the 7747. Don't get me wrong, if I had the time, I think it would be a fun challenge. All of my "spare" time" goes into my racecar and the traveling required. Thanks again, Jimmy

Jimmy,
If you are willing to dish out the dime then then FAST system is very nice. You can't go wrong with it. If you do go that route then make sure to get the Wide Band O2 option. You don't need the 'Sequential' Fuel Injection option ... The standard 'Batch' fuel injection is just fine. The FAST really is a nice system and there are probably more local hi-po tuners that are familiar with that setup than the factory setup. Furthermore, the FAST is a proven performer where boost is concerned. Be prepared to pay though! The FAST system isn't cheap.
FWIW - my Naturally Aspirated MiniRam combo put down 364 horsepower to the rear wheels through an automatic with a loose 3600 stall converter. This was done with the stock GM 5.7L motor that has never been out of the car. So, as you can see, this manifold has good potential and can put down good numbers. To put this in context ... we're talking about ~450hp at the crank.

Jimmy, you will love the FAST! I have had it for two years now and love it.
I'm a dealer for TCI so I got one at cost with the o2 sensor. Ihopeit's not difficult to operate.
