How hard is it to tune a gen 6 DFI system with around 600hp and a blower???

I am seriously thinking about getting a blower for my new Trans AM if I can get a deal on one. It has an LT4 in it pushing 460 N/A horsepower. I am not getting the blower for racing purposes but more sh*ts and giggles. I already can't run the car at the track cause they'll kick me off.

The car has a DFI system in it, and I was simply wondering if it would be relatively easy to run a 6psi blower on it while retaining the same management system.

Also, which blower to get???? Vortech, ATI, ???? Anything over 600hp is plain ridiculous as this is my daily driver.....I figure an ATI 9 psi sytem is just not going to be that streetable, daily anyway.

DFI 6 isn't a problem, if you're willing to learn how to tune. That was all that existed a few years ago, so many folks have cut their teeth with that system. Borrow/buy a wideband 02, and you'll have WOT tuned in no time. The part throttle & response takes a while, but it's not rocket science. I'd post this in the DFI/ECM board for more detailed answers
