clever marketing but it appears to be a simple rebuilt or new diesel turbo of some sort, I think it wouldnt be bad, not flaming not flaming but there are a bunch of those on there evry single day (Im a ebay ***** too)

Yeah Ive seen that dude post that same ad for months.... He does not seem to know anything about the turbos either...Id be afraid of that deal..

Just a guess but it looks to be a large frame garret, probably off of an airplane.
It would probably be OK for a good sized engine (350 or bigger) but would spool slowly. Think drag use only…
