How come nobody is using those Holset Turbos?

How come nobody is using those Holset Turbos?
Those Holset turbo's found on Cummins engines have that Variable Geometry stuff... So howcome nobdy has slapped one (or two) in an FBody yet?

there is great interest and comments on the use of diesel turbos here, by me and others...
