New motor(sorta), got boost?
Cool! GN motor in an F-body. Sort of a "do it yourself" 25th anniversary Trans Am. There was a Turbo Buick freak who ran a local shop near me who used to do swaps like that. Unfortunately, I don't know where he went- I always wanted to get him to drop one in for me "one of these days." I waited too long.
Buick's got a different bell housing than a SBC, right? Adapter plate or BOP tranny in your f-body?

I have a Janis Transmission built 200r4 in there with it. I converted to a 200r4 last year when I still had my 383 stroker motor in the car.
TTA850, is that a TTA motor? If not, what did you do for the downpipe?
I was lucky enough to find a LOW milage orignal TTA downpipe but due to the head changes from the GN to the TTA it won't fit. I knew about the changed when I got the downpipe but figured I'd give it a shot at fitting it in anyways.
I may have to cut the TTA downpipe and fab up the rest of the pipe to fit.

My motor came out of my friends 43K mile 87 GN after it was recovered stolen.I converted the motor over to TTA style heads with custom JE pistons and a used set of TTA headers along with a 3" Terry Houston TTA downpipe.

Steve,
Can I get some pictures of what your DP looks like in that car? some side shots of it?
While your at at, maybe some of the intercooler and of the shroud of it?
Thanks,
Brendan
