Difference in nitrous carb plates?

Anyone have any advice on carb plate selection for a Vic Jr manifold? Would the fact that the manifold is converted to EFI have any effect on nitrous plate selection?

I'm new to plate setups .

I used the cheater plate (a super powershot kit) with the TPI system (5151) jetting to run 11.90's at 5800 foot altitude

assuming thats its standard squarebore bolt pattern any squarebore plate system will work, but like b4ctom said, if your running fuel injection you will have to get the right jets, because if you jet it for 100 hp at 6 psi but then hook up 45psi to it you will run very rich
