the LT4 swap raises the compression considerably. You might want to consider a powerdyne.

how much does the swap raise compression? stock LT1 is 10.5 right? i know a guy running a D2 ATI on a stock LT1 at 10 lbs - i personally think ATI is the best, and powerdyne basically sucks because it doesn't make much power, but if the whole compression thing comes into play then you wont be able to run much boost, and so a powerdyne would work just as well as an ATI

well im new to charging so this is all a learning experience, since the compression will be higher than a stock LT1 is it worth the money charging it or should i stick with NA and work with what i have since i wont be able to run boost much higher than 9 PSI

im trying to be different, i dont see many ppl with the lt4 swap and charger. my ultimate goal is 500 poneys at the wheels.

also i remember reading or hearing about water injection??? if i remember correctly it was supose to allow for higher boost without detonation? anyone know anything about this?
