Maybe a supercharger
Maybe a supercharger
Hey guys, I just bought a 91 formula 305 as kindof a daily driver/ goof off car. car is nice. when i bought it it had a little smoke on start up, not uncommon. so i pulled the heads and had them rebuilt. when i did this i noticed the cycliders looked great, probably from the oil leaking into them from the heads. so now the car runs great and i was wondering, what kindof power gains would i expect from a supercharger, what happens to drivabilty? do you have any suggestions of which ones better? anything else that would need to be replaced when i put one on. pretty much anything anybody can say about a supercharger i would appreciate. thanks

You'd see some nice gains with a supercharger. In my opinion, not worth the effort. I'd much sooner put on a small shot of juice then spend well over 2k after its all said and done with a supercharger.
