Single turbo uses 1 header?

Yea this may be a stupid question but.

With a single turbo header, the turbo is run off only one side of the engine or does the other side of the engine exhaust get joined into the side with the turbo header on it?

Single Turbo Header

Hi
Is not a stupid question.
The turbocharger is run by both sides of the engine in single application and V block configuration. The exhausts are joined via crossover pipe. as shown in the picture. The turbo being located in one side of the engine in this applications is just to ease the installation/fabrication or simply beacuse there's no other space available to place the turbo.

Well that picture pretty much explains it all. Does the crossover go behind or in front of the K-member for that setup?

Thanks

Thanks

The crossoverpipe runs between the crossmember and the oil pan, just like the stock exhaust pipe from the driver's side does. The red lines would indicate the crossmember location.
