Would this vacuum source work?

I was thinking back to when I installed my ATI and had to disconnect (2) vacumm sources on the intake and cap them off. Would either of these (2) sources work for a dedicated FMU vacuum source?

I don't think those are good sources of vacuum

edit: one of them might be, the one that went to the PVC from the plenum.
