Have the turbos on the car but the inlet not hooked up?
My car is soon going under the knife for the turbo project but my question was, If i had the turbos mounted on the headers, and i had air filters over the compressor inlet, is it bad to run the engine without the duct work that would go from the turbo to the intercooler?
THis may never become a problem but since i tend to drive my car quite a bit, it may come up.

I could see those ideas working, but still don't floor it or drive very hard, it'd be sort of in a limp-home mode. Even with the wastegates fully open the turbo's will still spin up pretty good, but a restrictor would help that, though you will still be sending a small stream of pressurized air loosely into your engine compartment.
I would say a better idea would be to set up a temporary inlet straight from the turbos to the throttlebody if you have to, bypassing the intercooler, until you get all the IC piping worked out. It wouldn't be efficient, but it would work better than trying to run without them hooked up at all. I dunno, just an idea.
