If you do decide to stroke it, I'd much rather go with the powerhouse kit (the one I have) instead of the Speed-o-motive one for this reason... Its a little cheaper and has the longer 5.7" rods, instead of speed-o-motive's shorter 5.565" rod. This slows piston speed down which is great especially on a stroker motor.

I dunno, I have fun with it which is all that matters.
Can't really say how much difference it made, I never drove the car before I put the motor in it. But it is really fun and has alot of torque, all of my car buddies are pretty impressed...and it is something different that stands out. Its up to you
