How do I take the stem out of the fuel rail port on an lt1?

How do I take the stem out of the fuel rail port on an lt1?
I am putting a nitrous kit on an lt1 and am planning on getting the fuel from the fuel rail port. I have all the fittings but I need need to take the stem out. It looks the same as a tire stem. Will one of those tire stem removers work?

you need a valve stem remover tool or tire shops have them also.and bike shops.
