Stroking an LT1?

Can you stroke an LT1 and keep the fuel injection? I understand that some computer work probably would have to be done.. Just wondering what it entails.. what kit is good.. what all I need, what kind of power i should expect. I currently have a 96LT1 on OBD1 .. has the Al heads.

thanks.
