manifold bolts

It may sound like a stupid question but how do you torque down
a blower manifold,i tried a socket and a universal joint and that did not work so then i tried a bent ring spanner and that still did not work.
Is there any special tool i can buy or do i have to make my own.
The manifold is so deep and the bolts are on a bad angle i just can't get anything on them properly.
Thanks in advance.

Jeff.

HAve you tried it with the valve covers off? Looks like that would be the way to go.

I wish i could, the bolts are on the inside.
the manifold is to deep for anything to fit properly.
I e-mailed TBS but no reply as of yet.
Thanks for the reply.

Swivel sockets, where the u-joint is built into the socket

Lets see if this works:

I'll get a swivel socket and give it a try, looks like it will work.
