Any one using the vortech supercharger set up on a 5.7 or 5.0 tpi motor? hows iy holding up?

 

I'm running the base model S-trim V1 on L98, using the complete vortech kit with the MSD box and the vortech FMU/secondary pump. Been running good @ 6psi for over 50k miles with oil changes every 2-3k miles. One thing is for sure, the stock intake/heads/cam combo is not a very good match for boosting. The ammount of the powerband on boost is very short.

 

I was thinking of using a 5.7 L89 vette motor.
