blowers, cams and timing oh my!!!

I am building my motor this sunday. and have 2 questions. but first the specs.

355
76 cc iron heads ported and pocketed, 8.4 compression with dish pistons.
xe268 cam on 114 lobe seperation
headers, airgap manifold zz4 prom & computer, rebuilt CC quadrajet.

ok heres my first question what timing should I start out with? I was running about 12-14 degress initial before i decided to swap the heads and cam, just looking for a rough gestimate to do my cam break in...

and the other Question I have is I am planning to run a roots blower with about 6-8 psi of boost, i would like to keep my timing under the recommended by holley (30-35 total i think it was). How do I know exactly how much timing the computer is adding? and If the Computer is references the map sensor then when the motor goes to WOT how much timing would the computer be giving?
