pulley swap+intercooler=nice gain!
I did a pulley swap today along with mounting a procharger 3 core IC(off ebay for $380) which up the boost to 15psi and after fiddling around with timing and a/f ratio it made 588rwhp and 632ft-lbs! Time to go rape ZO6's and kenne bell supercharged stangs lol!

Did you install the pulley at the same time as the IC? How much more boost now? What is the difference in the IATs? Were you able to increase your total timing? What do you have your A/F ratio at?
When I had my D1SC with a 3-core IC making 14-psig boost, I was able to keep 34 degrees advance while using alky injection. This kept my IATs at ten degrees below ambient. The result was a sub-12 second pass with my 305 weighing in at 3900 pounds. I never dynoed the car though.
Still better watch out for those KB Cobras... They can put out 600+ hp. This with a 281 CID motor with just bolt-ons:
KB making 18# or so boost,
BAP,
60# injectors,
Cat-back &
CAI
with a proper tune.
Since I bought my '03 last year, I have become somewhat familiar with them and the more I read, the more impressed I am with the way Ford put these cars together. After years of floundering with getting the Cobra to run like it should, they finally got it right for '03 & '04.
I should conclude that I still own both my Camaros and can't wait to finish up my twin-turbo 305, which basically has been on hold due to various reasons for about one year.

Willie, I did both the pulley swap and IC at the same time and there was a 16-18deg. drop in intake temperatures and im assuming the IAT will fluctuate depending on outside air temp. Boost is at 15psi and at WOT it was bouncing between 12:6/12:7 a/f. Timing was at 32deg. total, i could probably get away with 34 at this altitude with aluminum heads but i don't like being on the "edge". I know those modded cobras are not toys but im just being ambitious lol!
P.S- like both your cars!

Hey willie...wanna race an uglier, older primered fox body mustang?? I swear its almost stock
Just finished installing a spec stage 3 clutch in it....its amazing how much faster 12-14 psi of boost is when the clutch is actually grabbing
