What the title say.... Help, whats it do how does it work? where does it go?

An air fuel meter measures you air fuel mixture. It tells you if your running lean or rich. It has an o2 sensor that is installed into your exhuast.

If you are going to get one, spend the money for a wide band set up. (LM1, etc)
The others react too slow and are only accurate at/near stoich (14.7). Mainly just eye candy.
Could also use a digital voltmeter on a standard o2
