I'm not sure, but I have heard some rumors of a kit being put together. Check on the V6 forums.
There are a few guys who have built custom turbo systems for their 3rd gen V6's. Not sure of their HP or performance numbers though (Doward is the screen name of one of those custom turbo 6's). The turbo 3.4 V6 in my daily driven Cavalier goes mid 12's all day long (in a lighter car), so there is potential there without swapping to a larger engine.
Also, you could swap in the TTA 3.8 Turbo if you really want to go fast with 6 cylinder power

Engine: 305, should be 350 or LS1 sometime next year, though
Transmission: 5 spd manual for the 305, till new engine
I'm sure theres some out there.
I'd swap to V8 not just for the power increase, but the wonderful sound of a V8

i actually put a T4 turbo on a 3.4L which is basically the same engine just a lil bit bigger and better flowing. That engine is set up to handle mild boost from the factory and something like a small t3 can be put on with out any ecu tuning at all and it will really wake it up. go to i think its something like 60 degree v six .com or something like that. also look at this thread https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=238864 he did the same and he has alot of info posted
