N20 and SB Super Ram

Hello all,
I have a 383 and a SB Super Ram, I am looking to add NOS, but I have been told that I need a direct port system on the super ram, because the N20 doesn’t usually make it to #7 and #8 cylinder. Anyway the Direct Port system is suppose the better in tuning and stuff like that. I need to know if anybody has a direct port system and where can I get a direct port system for my super ram, I also have Accel Gen VII computer will can control NOS.
Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Brad

When I had a Superram, I was very interested in this one plate system a guy (from another board) custom made to use nitrous with. It consisted of two plates, sitting between the sr runners and plenum on each side. It had fogger nozzles shooting in each port.

He never did get back to me with a price and I lost all contact info. Best idea I've seen so far. It's a shame the guy didn't continue on with it.

You could run nozzles in the runners. More messy as far as hose goes, but at least no cylinder would be left behind...

K

Edit: Direct port = nozzles in the runners. I need to read posts more completely...durrr

Is the nitrous fuel mixture not making it to the rear cyls a myth or has it been verified somewhere?

Brad,
I would look into a NX directport for a quality directport system.

I believe it has been varified from plug readings. But not from any engine failure.

I also suggest NX DP setups. How much are you looking to spray?

I have no idea what I am going to spray, 100-125 shot. I am still reshearching. Where can I get a good NX Directport setup or will have to have some custom machine work done?
