what turbo for rear mount DIY setup?

i was wondering what turbo would be decently efficient and support decent power on a rear mount (sts style) setup for a IROC with a TPI 350 with around 8.5: compression (probably around 8-10lbs of boost)

Arizona Turbo sells a t04B for $280, and the t04E-trim for 400, both brand new, would either of these be one to consider???

(P.S. the cam would be very mild, and heads would be sort of mild also, 170 or 180cc iron most likely)

if you're only pushing less then 10lbs, then you DONT want a low compression motor...

you'd want a higher compression, good NA motor with a mild cam..

as for the turbo itself.... ehh, id use whatever i could find cheap.. lol.

so would i be able to run 8-10lbs of boost on a stock compression L98 (9.5:1 right?) without an intercooler(because of it being located so far away from the engine) on 93 octane???

and the cheap t04B would be alright?,
i was told it supports 300-550horse.

I think the L-98 has 9.0 C/R and the LB9 had 9.5:1 becasue the of the smaller 58 cc combution chamber

IIRC, the L98 had 9.3:1 SCR. You could safely run 8-10psi on a stock L98 if your tune is good.

You need a lot more info than TO4B or TO4E. DO you have a link to the turbocharger(s) in question?
