Do a search on google for ray hall calculator. It will give the comp. ratio.
That sounds like a big motor & big turbo for a first time turbo app.
The comp. ratio depends on gas, intercooler, water injection, etc. You probably need to post more info on the setup to get a reasonable answer.

A good compression ratio that everyone seems to agree on is 8.5 for boost. A thread debating it is on the turbomustangs forum and is pretty good.

Im ~8 to 1 before the turbo kicks in... However When I run low boost(street setting) I have to run a hotter plug than when Im in race mode..
