7 1/2 inch crank pulley and a 4 inch procharger pulley on a P1SC with a stock 89 Iroc TPI 350 with no intercooler and flowmaster muffler.... Think the engine could handle it daily driven?

Also anyone who has this kit for these cars what diameter pulleys comes with the kit??

 

That pulley combination is going to produce too much boost for your application, especially without an intercooler. The kit comes with a 7.65" crank pulley and the blower pulley they send depends on what mods you tell them you have done to the engine.
