which is better? i know about the THF not restricting air flow, is that the only difference? i'm going to order my procharger d1sc soon and want to make a decision on an intercooler setup, thanks.

I went to the THF, because the 3 core restricts too much airflow to the radiator. If the outside temp went above 90 or so I would start to have cooling problems, and at 100 just leave the car at your house.
Performance wise I didn't notice any diff. in boost pressure or intake air temp. But the motor sure likes running at 180 again.

86Z:- You may find it hard to go with a twin intercooler setup on a Procharged thirdgen, unless you custom fabricate things yourself. I say this, as Tenacious Performance, who where the only agents of the THF setup, do not appear to be doing Prochargers anymore.
That said, you may wish to give ATI a call directly and ask them if they can still piece the kit together for you.

If you want to order this stuff from ATI, don't sit there and try to list all this stuff off to the poor guy on the other end of the phone. Just send this to them in an e-mail or print it off and fax it to them. Also, don't try to get an ATI tech to help you figure this out. The techs that were around when this was developed are no longer there. (Believe me, I've tried.) Just check out the pics and stuff in Willie's sticky at the top of the page.
