TT TPI or 750 w/ vortechs

i have a question concerning the BBS twin turbo,

i just got a 350 shortblock built (scat cast steel crank, scat forged I-beam rods, and flat top hyperuetectic pistons) my initial intent was to build an exact copy of a motor built in super chevy, its the vortech head danger mouse article, it uses vortec heads, a 262H Xtreme energy cam, an RPM air gap, and 750.
and made 415hp/440ft/lbs.

this is my situation i have the short block built, i have to still buy the heads, rocker arms, and intake. which would be approx. 1000 dollars.

i was wondering if i could get a few opinions on whether to continue this build, or put the stock heads and tpi back on, and buy the Twin Turbo set up.
my questions/concerns are, can i run mild-medium boost on hyperuetectic pistons?
what kind of additional tuning would be required for the computer etc.?
and what cam would be a good choice for the TPI and Turbo setup (flat tappet, because i am using a 77 4-bolt block)?
and what kind of horse is this TT kit expected to make on say 7-10lbs of boost?

thanks in advace. Keith
