Your goal of high 12's in the quarter mile can be easily achived N/A. Try to lighten up the car abit, work on better traction, Perhaps better heads, Burn your own chips for better perfomance. If you want low 12's or better then a centifugal supercharger or turbo(s) maybe the way to go if you dont want to use Nitrous Oxide.
from what i have read so far i was kinda leaning towards a supercharger/procharger kit. but does engine compression effect their performance levels any? because my motor has almost 10:1 compression. is there currently a supercharger kit that will work on my car?

Well the procharger kit will definitly make a dramatic improvment in performance. 10:1 compression is rather high for a pump gas street car using boost, that can easily be addressed by swapping out your heads from 58 cc chambers to 64 cc chambers also a little bit thicker head gasket can lower your CR so that you can safely run 6-8 psi on pump gas. Its just a matter of how much money you wanna spend.
well i just got the motor together and it dont even have 100 miles on it yet. im guestimating 10:1 but i havent done an actual check on it. can someone describe to me what kinda procharger kit i need and what if anything extra needs to be done to the car to make it capable of running the charger kit.
