second fuel pump problem

When my car is running both luel pumps my car stumbles and dies after I floor it and let off quickly. If I unhook my second fuel pump it does not do this.
I have a Vortech supercharger with FMU if this helps. It also is a MAP.

More details please. Are your pumps in series or parallel? What is your nominal fuel pressure and does it change when the problem occurs?

I have the original pump in the tank and the new one that came with the kit mounted infront of the strut tower. The pressure with just the stck pump is reading 38psi. This is due to the new pump restricking the flow. When I turn on the new pump pressure is set at 50psi and that is where it is at.
