I have a 82 with a tpi 383 going in. and i got a set of twin turbos off of a 3000gt (along with the rest of the engine) in trade for a rear end. I am planing on puting then on this summer.

My questions are what kind of prom mods do need to do I know every motor is different and that you need to test and tune. but what basic areas to play with?

My second question is where's a good place to buy headers or manifolds. I work at a fab/machine shop and I was going to make a set but if I could buy a set it might be a bit easyer.

Manifolds ....

BBSturbo makes a great set . Banks makes an expensive set. I think there is another company liek B&G or somethnig. Try a search for turbo manifolds in this forum to learn a bit more.

 

i think BBSdesigns would be a good choice, you can get ahold of them on their site at www.bbsdesigns.net they will hook you up weather your looking to buy a kit or just parts to do it yourself such as headers
