Brackets?
I've designed the twin turbo headers around a V belt system. The only mods needed to fit the V belt is removal of almost all the A/C components and brackets and the use of a smaller alternator belt. I am not sure what are the mods, if needed, for serpentne belt equiped cars other than removal of the A/C componenets. I recomend for the serpentine owners to go to the junkyard and get a V belt setup and avoid any possible problems, after all most people are looking for the serpentine setup, wont be difficult to find a guy and trade it. Since this is not a system designed for those people wanting to keep their entire engine stock, mods are needed in the power accesories, anyone out there that wants a race twin turbo system with A/C, smog pump, and all the hoses in their stock location, this kit is not the one.
Downpipes are 3" dia and there is enough space for up to 3 1/2". No changes to the brakes, no delete of booster, power brakes or anything, just a few bends to the brake lines is needed as if when installing regular headers.

You do real good work BBSDesigns. I'm sure we'll be doing some business in the future. Just some questions, will you be offering the piping from the Turbos to the intake? Will an intercooler be offerred? If not, what kind of intercooler setup would you recommend?

This kit is for those looking for a custom work in their cars. I could offer the intake pipes thats now problem, but I would recomend the use of an intercooler to ease up the heat of the twin hair dryers. I am getting a custom intercooler for my 89' GTA with twin entry and a single outlet. I will be placing it where the A/C condensor use to be. Turbos are going to feed the intercooler thru pipes that run in both sides of the IC in the upper tank and flow will go down to the lower tank and to the right(driver's) side of the car and connect to the exsiting pipe that I borrowed from the single turbo kit I use to have. I hope that the picture is self explaining.
