Which are the better injectors
Hello,
New to the MSG board.
I Have a 92 Z28 conv.TPI 305 with a sn2000 Paxton. stock 19lb injectors, fuel pressure set at 59psi, gose to 63psi at 8psi of boost.
I believe I need to upgrade to 24lb injectors
and have my prom recalibrated.
Which Injectors should I go with
BOSH or MSD.
Reliability and quality are most important.
Thanks, Your advice is appreciated

I went with SVO injectors. They are a bosch injector I believe and are pretty cheap if you buy them through summit or jegs.
Are you sure a #24 is right for you? Thats sounds pretty big. You would defenitley need some PROM work so that it would not run so rich on you.
Good luck

Louis,
I run a setup very similar to yours (check out the link in my signature). I run 50 psig (at no vacuum) and about 55 psig at 6 psig boost. My O2 readings are approximately 950mV with injector pulse width up to 16mS. And this is with stock 19# injectors. It sounds like your pulse width is too narrow. Do you know what it is?

Louis,
My prom is a TPIS Level V.
Although 12.4mS is good for a normally aspirated engine, it is not enough for the mods we have. This is the pulse width I record without my supercharger and the resulting O2 sensor readings are in the 900mV range. When I run with the blower, the pulse width increases to 16mS, which sustains my 900mV+.
Based on my results, I would have to conclude that you do not need larger injectors, but a properly tuned prom.
