need help with my supercharger

I just finished my first supercharger system, and things aren't goin right. First off it blew the lower intake gasket. I fixed that reset the timing and tried it out. The car is now falling on it's face it jumps out like it is gonna run fine and then just lays down. The s/c is a powerdyne I am running around 6psi. It is on a TPI ( SPEED DENSITY ) 355. The car was amazing till this was alot faster on motor. B-4 it blew the inatke gasket it seemed to run better. Any help is appreciated......

Sounds like you might be going lean. Have you done anything to your fuel system when you installed the supercharger?

We need more detail . By upgrading the fuel system does that mean an FMU, 60# injectors, etc. Do you actually see the amount of boost your suppose to?

Do you have a wideband?

I had this same problem on a mustang. It turned out the map sensor would go nuts if it saw boost. What we did was put a one way valve in the vacuum line.
