Need fuel pressure regulator and fittings help

My 350 with ProCharger has an Edelbrock mechanical pump (1711) that's putting out 13-14psi at idle. I can't even set the float level, gas shoots everywhere when removing site plug and lossening float screw.

I've only had this car for a week so I'm not sure what size the lines are. I know that I need the regulator but don't know what I would need as in fittings to hook it up. The 90 degree fitting coming out of the pump 1/2" outlet is reduced in size before it goes to the carb. Could this be a 3/8" fitting?

So far I'm thinking of getting an Aeromotive universal bypass regulator (13301) because it has 3/8 inlet/outlet(s) and boost reference. I need some fittings too, not sure what to get. I know that I don't have a return line so I'll need some plugs for this regulator also. Will the regulator work without a return line?

Does this sound right? Sorry, but this is all new to me. Thanks.

I decided to go with the following:

Aeromotive 13301 regulator
1 foot -6an hose, -6an ends
2 3/8" NPT plugs
1 3/8" NPT to -6an straight fitting
1 3/8" NPT to -6an 45 degree fitting

Hope it works

the regulator won't work without a return line.

I guess I'll just add a return line if it doesn't.

I added a return line, so far so good.

Now I just need to learn what the differences (if any) are when tuning a supercharged carb. Earlier I took off the hat and adjusted the float levels and adjusted the idle mix screws. I also turned the idle down to around 750, it was around 900-1000 before.

I'm thinking about getting a wideband so I down blow things up. Right now the car will run fine unless I give it WOT. It stumbles a lot and won't take off until higher rpms, like over 3500-4000. There's a pink cam on the primary and secondary. I feels like it's getting too much fuel when the secondary shoots. Both shooters are 0.031
