single vs twin turbo on v configuration motors

It is very easy for me to understand the implementation of a single turbo on an inline motor.

But on a v configuration such as an SBC?

Do you just run the turbo off of one manifold? Does unequal exhaust pressure matter?

Please enlighten me.

Thanks.

Use a Buick GN as an example: Both cylinder banks need to exhaust into the turbo via a crossover tube. Check the bazillion turbo Mustangs for V8 applications...

For a single turbo application, exhaust length is slightly un-equal since the one side has to Y over to the other side, but the huge amount of back pressure from the turbo (roughly 1.5-2x boost pressure) will equalize the flow between the two sides.
