ive allmost got my mind set on trying to make a turbo setup for my 3.1 v6 is there any place to get information on how it works what i need to do basicly all general information anyone have any idea of the power gains .. ? i was considering doing the buick t type swap but id like to keep my engine if its not going to be a big loos plust it would be fun to build up insted of getting somehtign thats allreeady put together ... sooooooooooooo any help woudl be apreaciated

There was a guy a little while ago on here, selling a pair of turbos cheap off of a VR4. The post should still be here somewhere. They'd work pretty well on you app.

As far as the swap, I can tell you in advance the hard part is finding headers/manifolds. Look into that first.

Go with twin turbos? hehe lets hear some advice.. can i modify stock manifolds if i get someone to do the welding? i have a frend that said he woudl be able to do the welding id like to get as much information as possible :] oh still anyone know what power gains i should expect in general?

anyone have a idea about the mainfolds/headers for this? is there a a turbochared engine thats close to the 3.1 that i would be able to get them off of ? if not where woudl i have to go to ge this done coustom?
