Iam thinking about performer nitrous kit from edelbrock on my 305 ihave performer intake and carb and cam can i use my stock fuel pump will the bottle get to hot in the hatch any tips would be apreciated oh yea its a 84 z28

If left in the car on a hot day or in direct sun yes the bottle can get hot and that may increase pressure too much.
For the low price (compared to the nitrous kit) of a high volume fuel pump it is well worth it for peace of mind.
If you don't have a nitrous bottle pressure gauge then get one. A bottle heater is a good investment to get the most out of your system. N2O kits are pressure sensitive.
