how much nos

I have a 305 in my formula 92. The engine is stock extp. the little things headers pulleys, etc. I was thinking how much nos can i put on. I was thinking 150 shot.

yeah, youre right about, 150 is the max, the instructions will tell you differently for the 305, they'll tell you 100 is the max, but lve run a few bottles through my virtually stock 305 and nothings exploded yet. my cars even got 69,000 on it, and its lasted a long time even with the 150, no sign of any backfiring or anything like that. my advice to you is to do plug cuts after your runs, to insure youre not gonna smoke your 305, make sure youve got a good fresh cap and rotor, wires, plugs, and make sure there havent been any signs of detonation due to lack of fuel. remember plug cuts often.

ive been running 150 shots in my 305 for 2 years now.I havent had any problems.Ive also sprayed 175 hp at it,but I think the fuel jetting was too rich.
