I just got a dual-stage Nx kit used and it didn't have the blowdown tube with it. Is this really necessary? The instructions tell u not to use teflon tape, I've heard some have had problems with the paste what can i do about this? And lastly can I mount the bottle sideways(parallel to the backend of car) in the rear hatch even thou they tell u to point the front to the front of the car? Will this create a problem picking n2o up? Thanks Derrick
use the blow down tube, otherwise a bottle leak will seap into the entire car within a matter of seconds. plus the NHRA wont let you raceuse paste, the tape can crack and chip and clog up the sollenoids. yeah you can mount the bottle parallel, just make sure the nozzel of the bottle is elevated from the very bottom of the bottle like the directions reccomend.
