TBI supercharged under stock hood
Couldn't the 350 TBI truck systems work with the TBI vehicles? I don't see what would be the problem. Does anybody have a link or any info on S/C cars with carbs (or TBI) and a stock hood?

Here's a pic of my Paxton on my 305 TBI
This is basically the truck kit, with a few modifications. But I'm not exactly sure what's different from the truck kit since my kit was made just for my car (called Paxton directly, and as far as I know it was the last F-Body TBI kit they ever made, they don't, and won't make them anymore from what I here).

From the pictures of the truck install ATI did on a 94 pickup there are no mods to install this on our cars so long as your alternator and ps pump are on the driver's side. The kit will **** the alternator to the middle of the engine then the blower goes between the alternator and ps pump

gutted factor cleaner
cam ground to crane specs
timing advanced 9 degrees
no thermostat
other than that its bone stock and ran a 16.4 @ 82 mph with earth shattering wheel hop and a 2.88 60 ft time. (this was with the rebuild and cam only)

How could it be that last kit? That's a real let down. How do they sell kits for people wanting to SC and want to keep ther carb cars with stock hood. I don't get it, truck kit but now low profile kit.

I have a low profile B&M 177 on top of my big block and the entire throttle body sticks out of the hood. I can't imagine a small block setup fitting either. Although, with a 2" cowl on a Camaro you might have a decent chance. Firebird is not likely because the blower snout sticks through the downsloping hood. I am using an aftermarket programmable 4-barrel throttle body injectino system.
