That cam probably has a lobe separation angle (LSA) of 110°.
a cam with a wider angle will generaly have less overlap and will work better with a supercharger.
You can use that cam, it would just be better with one better suited to a forced induction application.

what would be the ideal lobe separation for this set up?

That depends to some degree on the other specs of the cam. The idea is to minimize overlap. Meaning the time that both the intake and exhaust valve are open at the same time is minimized. Generaly if the duration of the cam is longer the LSA needs to be wider to reduce overlap. Usally at least 112° as a minimum for best cylinder filling. Most blower specific cam grinds are around 114°-115°, 114° being most common.
