procharger and SD

i know SD is less forgiving than maf is when adding bolt ons however can you run a supercharger on a stock 90-92 SD f-body since all you are doing is increasinng the pressure in the manifold will the stock programming except it.or will the fuel map be a little lean now that you are shoving serious air into it?if not how would you guestimate how much cfm is now flowing into the engine to set the air fuel ratio or is it a big guessing game.

The FMU adds more fuel by increasing rail pressure anyway, so boost fuel addition is independent of the type of closed loop fuel metering (MAF or SD).
