hey I have an 88 TBI 350 and I just got the edelbrock performer intake manifold. I was just wondering if there was anything better I could get. I am waiting to put headers on my engine because I am swapping it into a camaro. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions about heads. Would it be worth it to have them ported out and just easier and better results to buy new nice ones?? Thx

 

If you are on a budget then go to a junkyard and get some 305 heads, 416's or 601's then read thishttps://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tech-general-engine/117410-305-port-polish-pictures.html

If you are not on a budget then go afr or trickflow.

hey I went to the thing u seggested and the link no work. I am pretty sure its about how to port and polich though. What kinds of trucks can I find heads like that off of?? Because I would probably go with 305's. Or what do u suggest?
