I am going to be making my own headers. I was wondering if anyone on here has had a set made or if they have made a set themselves. if so do you have any pics or dimensions?

Yea, but I think that you goto give it to the guy for giving it a go. it is more than a most of the Web bench racers that "know how to do it".

Heck, even the guys that are here in the Camaro club dont want to take thier toys out & spank on them. IMO, what is the point of owning a "hot rod" if you dont know how fast it is? & you will never know how fast it is until you take it to the track.

BUT, thats just me..............

I think that I did the same thing this summer, but I dont want to loose the OD. Where did you get your tranny from, or was it a factory unit waiting to get killed?

I am REALY bummed cause now I have my Emulator fixed up & want to do some serious tuning & I think I am goign to get to pull the motor & tranny. Oh well, time for a bigger motor, or..........

I had a 700R4 built by Darrel Young Racing Transmissions. North of LA I think. It had a vigilante torque converter. Just couldnt handle it.

TH400 is being built by a racer friend of mine using coan parts.
