You can, but i am pretty sure that the amount of heat that is given off of these parts will runin the coating instantly. I beleive thats why the GN's have the heat sheild.. its not worth them having some exotic coating.
The coating will NOT come off the outside of turbo components. It WILL burn off if you coat the inside. My turbo exhaust housing, header, and downpipe are all ceramic-coated...
